From the reviews
We love this gym!!!!! Every single coach is utterly amazing!!! They are so great with all age groups and they work with parents regarding a child’s behavioral issues. I recommend this gym to literally everyone!!!! I have 7 kids currently in their program and have two more to add!
If you are looking for the best jujutsu/MMA place in town look no further. The studio is filled with wonderful coaches, students and families. The coaches are incredible with kids, teens and adults. We are so grateful we found Adrenaline.
This place is awesome! Coaches are great. My son loves it. I've seen his confidence grow as well as his ability and discipline 🙏 much love to the Adrenaline family thank you guys for your effort and passion in teaching not just martial arts but life skills for being a stand up human being in today's world
Great place to train for the individual or the whole family. My family started training together here almost a year ago and have learned so much, the coaches are very attentive, knowlegdable and respectful to all of their students.
Your first muay thai class at Adrenaline Training Center
Nervous about walking into a muay thai gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics on pads and bags — not fighting. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: shorts or athletic wear and a t-shirt; you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and hand wraps if you have them — many gyms lend gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves, wraps, a mouthguard, and shin guards. Sparring is optional and comes later, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
