From the reviews
Joining Bully Me Now MMA has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our kids and myself. The coaches aren’t just teaching jiu-jitsu — they’re helping shape strong, respectful, and confident young people. Every class is filled with encouragement, patience, and genuine care.
My littles have a great time during afterschool with unlimited classes and they fit in so well here! Even though we still have a long way to go as far as discipline & training goes (littles are 7 months & 5 months in), they have made tremendous, noticeable improvements.
Me and my 2 kids have been apart of Bully Me Now for about 2 years now and have found somewhere my kids can be after school where I know that they are safe and around positive role models.
We’ve had such a great experience here and I would recommend this place to anyone—especially if you have a strong-willed or stubborn child. Our son has ADHD and had previously been asked to leave two other places, so we were nervous going in. Vic, the owner, is truly one of a kind.
Your first muay thai class at Bully Me Now - Port Orange
Nervous about walking into a muay thai gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics on pads and bags — not fighting. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: shorts or athletic wear and a t-shirt; you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and hand wraps if you have them — many gyms lend gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves, wraps, a mouthguard, and shin guards. Sparring is optional and comes later, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
