“The boxing and Jiu-Jitsu classes are taught by authentic instructors who have personal extensive fight experience, in other words they know what they are doing.”
“They also offer other mixed martial arts which we have yet been too busy to take advantage of, and once my other boys are a bit older, I am hoping to join the adult classes myself.”

From the reviews
My son has been doing the boxing training for a year now at Renzo Gracie Pa., and I recently got my daughter signed up. They both love the intense workout, and as the Dad I appreciate my children learning how to defend themselves.
My son has been training here for over 10 years! My son started in 1st grade and is currently a senior in High School. We originally enrolled him because he is a shy kid, and we wanted him to learn self-defense, discipline, stay active, and be part of a positive community.
We absolutely LOVE this place!! Our son comes here 3 times a week for jujitsu and it’s great not just for learning bjj, but has also been great for building his character. He learns about himself, what it means to work hard, listen and learn - and learn from his peers!
Renzo Gracie PA has been a truly amazing resource and experience for my family. My two daughters (now 9 and 13) began training in Jiu Jitsu here since they were 5 and 7 respectively, and the growth I have seen in their self confidence has been everything a father could hope for!
Your first muay thai class at Renzo Gracie PA
Nervous about walking into a muay thai gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics on pads and bags — not fighting. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: shorts or athletic wear and a t-shirt; you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and hand wraps if you have them — many gyms lend gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves, wraps, a mouthguard, and shin guards. Sparring is optional and comes later, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
