So after a couple months of sampling the secret sauce at High Altitude Martial Arts and I'm ready to leave my highly critical, no holds barred review. First and most importantly, the kids program is epic.
My family and I started our journey with Krav 9 months ago. Evolve has been a fantastic place to build confidence and get educated in the necessary skill of self defense. While doing something new is a little intimidating at first, the coaches make it incredibly engaging, fun, challenging and comfortable.
