From the reviews
Update: I kept coming to the gym even after the program! This team is amazing!! Below you can see my before and after pictures. Their 6 weeks challenge is a life changing experience. This is a small gym. Don’t expect it to have anything fancy.
Been training here for 8 months and it's been an amazing experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the other member are helpful and the whole environment is welcoming.
I started training at PCC a little over a year ago. The gym is great and coaches are even better! I haven't been the most reliable student but they have been there to work with me along the way. The price is a little high but for what you get out of it, it is worth it!
Since i joined premier in November of 2020 til April of 2021 I have lost a total of 95 pounds and managed to keep them off! They will set you up with a diet plan and recommend the classes you need or interest you to reach whatever fitness goal you have. The staff and coaches are amazing and will treat you like family!
Your first muay thai class at Premier Combat Center
Nervous about walking into a muay thai gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics on pads and bags — not fighting. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: shorts or athletic wear and a t-shirt; you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and hand wraps if you have them — many gyms lend gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves, wraps, a mouthguard, and shin guards. Sparring is optional and comes later, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
