From the reviews
Couldn’t have made a better decision on the place we chose to send our son for his Karate and Muay Thai experience. Nothing but great experiences with the whole staff. Very family orientated, personable, excellent values taught, confidence building at it’s finest.
Great place for families and adults who are looking to get healthy and stay in shape. Plus the instructions are very professional and caring to the children who come in to do karate and kids mauy thai! They have changed my son 's life. My daughter loves going to xtreme ninja!
Before I moved to the area and came to Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts & Fitness Center, I was not exercising, unhappy, overweight, and anti-social. Since I began training and exercising here for the past five months, I have a lost 20 pounds so far and I now live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Very friendly and experienced trainers here to help with various fitness methods. Self defense and kickboxing and amazing boot camps and intense classes that are completely rigorous in all the right ways. They offer classes ranging from fitness and well-being to high level martial arts and everything in-between.
Your first muay thai class at Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts & Fitness Center
Nervous about walking into a muay thai gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics on pads and bags — not fighting. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: shorts or athletic wear and a t-shirt; you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and hand wraps if you have them — many gyms lend gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves, wraps, a mouthguard, and shin guards. Sparring is optional and comes later, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
