Wolfpack has changed my daughter's life! She has gotten stronger, both physically and mentally, and gained so much confidence. This is her winning her first tournament last year! She will be competing in more this year and keeps getting better, thanks to the patient and dedicated coaches at Wolfpack.
Ive been going to this gym for 4 yrs an amazing place if you are wanting to fight, learn self defense or just lose weight. The coaches are awesome and definitely are knowledgeable in what they are teaching. This gym is great for adults and the kiddos. Definitely the only gym i plan on staying at.
Highly recommend. We are from OH and called ahead to see if we could do a drop-in as a guest while staying in Dallas. Could not have been treated better. There were four coaches for 16 students which allowed for a great deal of instruction, help and personal interaction.
My son has been coming to this gym for a little over a year now. They have a great program from the kiddos all the way through the adult classes. It has far exceeded expectations! His confidence has grown tremendously in all aspects. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!!
Your first muay thai class at Wolfpack Mixed Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a muay thai gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics on pads and bags — not fighting. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: shorts or athletic wear and a t-shirt; you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and hand wraps if you have them — many gyms lend gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves, wraps, a mouthguard, and shin guards. Sparring is optional and comes later, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
